Get The Look: Lupita Nyong'o at the Oscars

It's been a couple of weeks now since the Oscars, but I really wanted to do a 'Get The Look' post on one of my favourite looks of the night.

Lupita Nyong'o has burst onto the Hollywood scene with her role in Academy Award winning film 12 Years A Slave - which I am dying to watch/read! She also won an award herself on the night! So the new starlet certainly caught my eye, not just for the award, but also for her stunning make up look on the night which you can see HERE.

Her look was very appropriate for the Spring season. A healthy, fresh and glowing make up and a stunner of a dress. So here's a little run down of the products I would use to recreate the look:

- Laura Mercier oil free primer - to ensure that the make up stays put, yet isn't too heavy in texture.
- Dior Forever foundation - a lightweight yet good coverage foundation for flawless spring skin.
- Benefit Watt's Up highlighter - to highlight under the eyes and on the cheekbones for a super healthy glow.
- Urban Decay Naked 2 palette - for just a light dusting of colour over the eyelids.
- Bourjois eyeliner pen - for a simple, long wearing liner.
- Dior Rose Gold Eyeliner - to add a glow to the lower waterline.
- Maybelline Mega Plush mascara - for long, voluminous lashes.
- Bourjois cream blush in 02 - for a healthy pop of colour on the cheeks.
- L'Oreal Eva's Nude lipstick - for a lightweight, peach-toned nude lip.
- Bobbi Brown lipgloss in Citrus - to layer over the L'Oreal nude lipstick to recreate Lupita's fresh lip look.
- Benefit Gimme Brow - to add a little colour and depth to the brows while keeping them groomed to perfection.

What was your favourite look from this year's Oscars? I had quite a few favourites!
