I Designed My Own Kicks…

As much as I love cute shoes, boots and sandals like any other girly girl, I am also a massive fan of trainers. Although I should probably make more use of them for more sport/gym related purposes, for days out, shopping and even in the office (yes, my work place is just that cool!), trainers are often my go-to footwear!

A couple months back I really fancied some new footwear, red leather in particular. Now unsurprisingly, red leather trainers are not that easy to come across on the high street for women, or even on online stores. I got so mad about finding some that I soon enough turned to designing my own and chose to do this online with Adidas. The only other real alternative I found was Nike, but they seemed rather pricey and the styles were not exactly what I had in mind.
So online I went to design my own, and 3 to 4 weeks later, VOILA! I know they aren't to everyone's taste, but I love them. I even got my initials on the heel strip - something I found far more exciting than normal people do I'm sure.
I opted for red and black leather, red lining, white sole and ankle high trainers. There were far more customisations I could have made, these are relatively tame considering what you can do with these! They are really worthwhile getting if you can't find exactly what you are after anywhere else. Mine came to £80 which I think is really reasonable considering they are leather and completely designed by me.

So people who see me regularly will most likely find me in these at some point!
