The Most Compact Skincare For A Night Away

The Gabbi's Head, that's where I'll be this weekend if anyone asks! So with having to pack a very compact travel bag, I thought I'd give you a little peak into what products I'll be taking with me. The odd night away is the perfect time to try out those skincare samples that many of us have lying around. Now I have entitled this post as the 'most compact' skincare, I know that all of these products aren't absolutely vital, but it is a fairly comprehensive bunch of products that will take up a minimal amount of space.
Here's what has made its way into my suitcase:

- Benefit's foamingly clean face wash - I already know I love this, so having a mini version is very handy indeed. I'll do a more in-depth review, but I particularly enjoy using this in the morning after a warm spring/summer evening.

- Estee Lauder's Day Wear Moisturiser and Idealist Serum - I can't claim to have used these very much at all so I won't comment on how I feel about them just yet. Although, what I do know is that Estee Lauder seems to have always been one of the best brands for minis, they are such high quality and perfect for those odd nights away from home.

- Balm Balm Cleansing Balm - I did a video on this brand a little while ago which you can see HERE. I really enjoy using this cleansing balm, but believe it or not, the one in the picture is the full size! So I don't end up using it that regularly because it makes more sense to have it for travelling. Plus, as it is a solid balm, it is one less product you have to worry about leaking.

- Erborian Ginseng Infusion Total Eye Cream - this is actually my second sachet of this and I loved it the first time round. I've sampled a couple of products from their range and I've been really impressed both times. They feel super luxurious. But with that, comes a fairly hefty price tag. So I relish the chance to use the samples but as for the full size products, I think I'm needing a birthday to come around pretty soon!

- Decleor Gel Cleanser - these little samples for Decleor are also very handy on the go. I like to use this one by soaking a cotton pad in water, popping some of the product on and then working it into the skin.  I'll use this instead of make up remover or a miceller water as it's much more portable.
And finally you can pretty much ignore the toothpaste, I don't know why I ended up putting it in the photo. But in case you were interested, the mini toothpastes like this are also, obviously, very handy!

What are your 'mini essentials'? Do you like to take the odd night away as an opportunity to try something new too?
