Nails of the Moment #7

Yellow! I've been dying to paint my nails this colour for so long. After scouring the high street for an affordable canary yellow colour, this was the best find. The Bourjois Paris 1 Seconde Nail Polish in Sunny Sun coming in at £5.99. I didn't want too much shimmer, this shade has the right amount of sheen for my liking to make the yellow really pop, yet still remain smooth and therefore easy to get off! This is the first time that I've used a polish from Bourjois and the best part about it for me was the brush. As it is flat and wide, application was really easy and for most of my nails, could be done in 1 or 2 quick strokes.
The only niggle for me with this product is that although from a distance it looks good, up close you can notice that it may need a third coat to be truly opaque. However, this could be down to my average nail painting skills!
As for lasting power, I've had this one for three days so far and there are no signs of chipping. I'll keep you updated over on my twitter for how long this actually lasts, but I have quite a few new nail shades that I am dying to try out so I can imagine me switching things up again fairly soon!
